I have an Zenfone 8, it's not two years old, so normally in Germany, you have a guarantee in that time frame. If there won't be a solution soon, I will take legal actions, because I'm not able to use my phone.
Is here somebody who is having this problem with a Zenfone in general or a Zenfone 8?
I got an answer by customer support and they say "this kind of defect is not a general problem for this device". But when there are so many people who are having the same problem, it seems they are lying like it's not their fault.
That would be the best thing to do if they're not willing to fix their mess. I'm also prepared to move legally if they're not ready to help with this. This turned out to be one of my worst decision to have purchased this phone and am not doing that again ever.
