rog5 headphone mics not working

basically i have a problem using headphone mics on discord, i tried using a tws and a normal p2 mic and they dont work, the isue is, they work when im not in calls testing the voice and such, but once i go on a call and the green dot of "mic being used" apears it completely stops working

hello thanks for helping, in case someone else needs, it was happening to discord and some game chats, clearing the cache helped
