On May 25th 2022 my phone auto restarted while i was using it. When i turned it on the WiFi system for the phone stopped working. I tried contacting the company and they replied that i need to send it to Hong Kong to get it repaired. I bought the phone in UK so shouldn't the phone be repaired there ??. Few days, back the WiFi started working when i restarted it again and again but then the same error continued and now the WiFi system stopped working completely.

We're so sorry to hear about what's going on with your phone. Unfortunately, you will need to get it serviced. Did you purchase directly from ASUS?
