Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
Model Name: ROG phone 5s
Firmware Version: WW-18.1220.2111.164
Rooted or not: Not Rooted
Frequency of Occurrence: EVERYTIME
APP Name & APP Version
In addition to information above.

Suddenly after only 5 days of use
If i lock screen or display times out I can't use phone anymore, cos display would keep going back off 3-4 seconds after i put display oN. I have to restart the phone to actually use it again.
I would have to do so inorder to use phone, and go through the circle over and over.
Device is already updated to latest version still problem persists
And I also have factory reset multiple times but no Change.
Is there any solution available?

You can try restarting in safe mode to see if it happens. But if you have already done a factory reset, I don't think it will make a difference.
For 5 days, I would go back to the seller. Otherwise, visiting the service centre will be the only option.

I sent an email complaint to ASUS and this was the reply that came in 3 days ago...

I am sorry to hear that you are facing an issue with your Asus ROG Phone 5S (ZS676KS) product. I have checked with the serial number and this is the Chinese version of the phone. Because it might not use the original firmware, some software issue can be present in the device. Please contact your place of purchase for assistance, as this device is not covered by the Asus warranty outside China.
