The ASUS Unlock Tool can only be used once and in your case unfortunately, it was done by whoever flashed the device for you to WW rom.

ronald1985I am not sure if it's the same for ROG 5, but ROG 2 - you need to connect the USB to the side port of your phone when using Fastboot. So if it doesn't work using the bottom port, use the side port.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/162798#Comment_162798
