mmgxmmI did forget to mention that whoever unlocked it first, can re-lock again. There is a command in adb which allows you to unlock it. I would go to XDA forums to find out more information about this.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/160632#Comment_160632

ronald1985I don't think the sellers who reflash tencent models offer any honourable warranty thoughSorry, I realised the OP question havent been answered.
I would genuinely recommending take your device baack to the selller and ensure you dont have the Tencent device with WW/Global firmware.
