ROG Phone 5 stuck on Android 12

Some time ago my phone offered me Android 13 update but not anymore.

When I tried to install it manually from ROG Phone 5 | Gaming phones｜ROG - Republic of Gamers｜ROG Global (asus.com) it just says "System update failed" and that is all...

Android 12 (WW_31.0810.1226.154).

The service is called "System update" in Android 12 not "FOTAservice" or "DMClient" and this does not work.

Someone turn on the updates server?
