Given to me as a gift around June 2021, started crashing and automatically shuts down earlier today. Held down Power button and Volume Up button. Selected Recovery Mode. After loading in my Home Screen, it would crash again or if I'm lucky, I could play a few minutes of Genshin Impact on X mode then crash a few minutes later. Total number of crashes today reached at least 10 times. After the 11th crash, phone died and will no longer turn on normally or recovery mode. Original charging cable is attached but no charging led indicator. If this is your idea of a $1000 gaming phone, I'm switching to a different brand.
