Guys help me. If anyone knows or can this issue that would be awesome. Thanks heaps 

Basically I can send or receive msg but I can't make a phone call or receive a call from someone and it's so annoying.

Hello,

 

I'm so sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your phone. Can you please try to:

 

  • Restart your Phone, sometimes a simple restart can fix connectivity issues.
  • Make sure your phone is connected to a network with good signal strength. Try switching between different networks to see if the issue persists.
  • Make sure you have the latest firmware
  • Check that your SIM card is properly inserted and activated. Sometimes reseating the SIM card can help.
  •  Go to Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth and reset network settings. This will reset Wi-Fi, mobile data, and Bluetooth settings back to defaults.
