I used OnePlus Series previously and now I switched to Asus Rog 5 and noticed Native Video Calling is missing.
What's wrong with this feature to be removed from the highly Flagship phone?
Why to depend on other 3rd party applications?
Can we get this feature in upcoming updates?

This request has been raised quite a bit of times on this forum and from what I've observed Asus probably won't add this atleast in the near future one reasoning being that many apps offers that service now (Duo, Whatsapp etc)
But as suggested above you can download Google dialer from play store (set it as default) and use native video calling option via that
