I am facing a issue in Netflix app that even if I turn on to full brightness whenever I am watching something brightness automatically drops to lowest and doesn't increase.

You should increase the brightness in netflix.not the system's brightnes... Netflix gave u a option

Maybe something is up with HDR ,
R u having this issues in HDR movies

Netflix App issue

As asrith.bunny547 said, the brightness needs to be controlled via the app, not by pulling down the notification panel and changing system brightness. The Netflix app brightness can be found on the left side.
