My Asus Rog 5 suddenly shut down and has not started again despite many trials.

I bought Asus Rog5 with excessive cost like AED 4000+ and it was working normally until today morning suddenly shut down a did not start again.

I tried in many ways and followed some instructions, but unfortunately the phone is dead.

How can you help me out with this problem?

May I ask if you have referred to the [Zenfone/Pad] Troubleshooting - Phone can not boot up for troubleshooting the problem you might be facing?

Hi, the screen is black, there is nothing showing at all.

Even when i connect the charger, it does not show if the phone is charging or not.

Screen is tptallk black.

Is your device is still under warranty? If yes then submit in service centre and change motherboard. It's a very common issue in this phone and ASUS is not doing anything about it.
