I recently moved my sim from an old phone to my new ROG phone 5 and noticed I am unable to download or send MMS messages via my default messaging app. I tried another messaging app but the same issue occurs. I checked my APN settings with my mobile carrier and they are all correct and have verified on their end that there is nothing wrong with my account/phone number. I receive a message saying I have an MMS but I cannot download it.
Any ideas?
