I cant power on my phone and Charge

Just using discord and after switching home, i open fb which suddenly froze my screen with the top has a thin static then powers off. then it started power on with a ROG slice intro logo and it froze in the middle of the animation and on the top of the screen is the same thin static thing. then my phone cant be turn on/power on. tried using power on with volume up or down and still nothing
