my ASUS rog phone 5 completely died on me and i need to get it repaired, but the problem is that the phone is the tencent one and I have no idea how to get it sent out there, its been dead for almost a month now and I've been trying to find a way to send it out every single day since then including today, is there any way I can send it out since I'm obviously doing something wrong, any help will be greatly appreciated

ZT-6ba223c6I'm speaking from experience here. If that's not the case, the user should contact an authorized ASUS service center and open RMA that way.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/205526#Comment_205526
Thank you very much for your answer.
But the OP never said it's flashed with WW Rom nor what country they are in.
