Headphone Jack Registered Even Though There Isn't An Input

I had a contract with my phone company (for 2 months)for this phone and it's been experiencing this bug for a few times already,i have not dropped the phone since I have school mostly so i rarely use it,no water damage,no dust(cleaned it just to make sure)and nothing is in there either.And also I've also noticed that my logic board or sensor is randomly touching random parts of the screen for no reason,is there a fix for this,if not I will just send it to a center for diagnostics,I've also started noticing my screen and audio delaying

If you go to Settings -> System -> About Phone.
Could you please write down your Build Number?
Also... What do you mean by touching random parts of the screen? As if someone was touching the screen?
