Flash your phone and install it firmware version that you want

DOWNGRADE FIRMWARE

First try restore factory. If not work then try this step because flash process is little bit complicated.

I did and the speaker didn't got fixed, so i asked the customer care and they said to flash the device. So how can i manually do that ?
