Charging Led Indicator

Can someone help me. i bought my new Asus ROG 5s, everytime i remove my charging chord, the led indicator and battery charge status still running and can't be gone. 😭😭

Hi @Push,
Please try the following:
Settings->Clear cache system-wide via Mobile manager -> Cleanup
Reboot your device.
If that does not work, let the device drain to zero and then -> Charge it fully -> Disconnect the charger -> Boot your device.
Let me know if issue remains after this.
