Call of duty mobile issues

I would like to know if anyone is experiencing a Slow Motioned Game in call of duty mobile?
My game is very slow and it seems like it is going slow motion: difficulty to move, to slide, to jump and to turn around the camera.
I am playing with 15ms/100mbps wifi 6, Xmode max performance tuning with airoactive fan cooler... the Temperature is stay around 37-45°c.

Which kind of ROM you think it will solve the issue? Is there any good gaming ROMs out there?

This is also the problem that I encountered. Mobile ringtones are not played when there are incoming calls. Can someone answer it for me?
