Hello guys my game genius stop working when I play and air triggers stop somebody help which this problem please

Hi all,

What steps have you taken to troubleshoot? If you haven't done so yet, please clear the cache and storage of Armory Crate. 

Go to settings => Apps => Clear cache and storage of Armory crate and AirTriggers. 

You could also back up your data and perform a factory reset. Thank you!

I have already cleared cache and memory of armory crate but no change. I'll try to reset the phone and update this thread
