Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
Model Name: ASUS ROG Phoned 5S Pro
Firmware Version: 18.1220.2201.186
Rooted or not: No
Frequency of Occurrence: Everytime the device have all apps closed, the AeroActiveCooler 5 is attached and when the screen goes to sleep after 15 seconds the device goes black and reboots
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

After updating last night the device keeps on rebooting itself whenever it's idle for 15 seconds and the AeroActiveCooler 5 is attached. No issues before the update and when other accessories like the Lightning Armor Case are attached. Just have an issue with the AeroActiveCooler 5 with the latest update.

@LaurelLParas Thanks for reaching out to us. This is a known issue that will be fixed in an upcoming firmware update. For now, please avoid letting your device go to sleep with the fan attached.

Me to I have Rog 5s pro Firmware Version:18.1220.2201.186 I'm facing the same issue and black screen freez with moving theams i have to hold the power and volume to restart my phone
Bad update guys you have to fixed soon.

Are you serious with this minimalist response?
As you may not know yet, this reboot is caused by other USB devices, OTG, headset, earphone from light standby.
The multiplication of reboots causes more serious problems and requires a restart with the volume +- keys.
In clear terms, this phone is no longer usable and your answer is to wait for a new Firmware, around April or so.

You do not offer any solution to roll back to the previous firmware?.
Have you blocked firmware distribution?
Have you checked that it will not be the same case for the normal ROG 5 (Non S), according to my experience as a developer there is no reason that the problem is not identical, the platform being almost identical.
Have you put more important means to distribute a new Firmware in the days that follow.
Must I remind you this is your premium ROG series phone, your showcase of mobile gaming.
