Armoury Crate Problem

Armoury Crate app size 0. I try to applied set value in armoury Crate like game tuning level 1 to level 2...it not saved.game genie also error . Asus service stopping error.
I tried factory reset methods but same problems remains what I can do?

Try this,
Go to Settings - Apps and Notifications - See all X apps - Game Genie
Top right, there are 3 dots, click on it and do Uninstall Updates.
Clear cache, storage, force stop all apps named with game genie also the com.asus.services app
