Air triggers : auto disable while playing

some times air triggers are disabling automatically while playing the game.
And also can't acces the game genie while playing.
I usually play CODM a lot.
I had to restart the app to work it back.

I also have this problem but in the air trigger of the Aeroactive cooler.

Hi jeevankumar,
Please clear cache and Storage of game genie and armory crate.
If the issue still persist share a video for the same.
