Air trigger dual partition issue

Model Name:Asus rog 5
Firmware Version:WW_18.0840.2104.49
Rooted or not: NOT
Frequency of Occurrence:Everytime issue occurred
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): air trigger-dual partitions

Facing issue while mapping dual partition trigger. Want to resize dual partition buttons but this window is not working showing keep forcing pop up.

I format my device this error msg is not showing now but dual partition buttons size is not adjustable. It showing in this setting but when u play games it is default size(half,half button)

This i got exactly same too. Adjusting saved in armory crate but when playing game it's just back to half half

Try clearing the cache of both Armoury Crate and ASUS Launcher, then restart your device. See if it works.

If not, reboot your device in safe mode and see if you get the same results:

Hold down the power button -> Long-press 'Power off' until asked to reboot in safe mode.

At first the dual partition trigger now I can't even take a look in connect and my profile. I think asus is just going to ignore it.
