I purchased an aeroactive cooler 5 for my phone, however, when I attached it, it doesn't work. The buttons don't respond, the aura lighting doesn't work, the earphone jack also does not work.
This is strange because for the first few times, it worked fine and I was also able to play games. But now when I attach it, the phone recognises the cooler, all settings related to cooler get enabled but it doesn't work at all. Please help.
