Why if playing whatspp voice message will appear default notification sound continues

APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):whatsapp or some website when playing video press pause also will pop up default notification sound

That's intended behavior for Whatsapp and not a bug. You can set your phone to mute while listening to vioce messages, or turn of notifications sounds for the whole app if you prefer that.
