Why I'm not getting WhatsApp notification mostly

Try this :
Make sure you are on latest software version which is .78 if not, you can check by
Go to setting => About => Software information.
Go to settings => Apps => What's App
Under Notifications => All must be ticked and allowed, The App shouldn't be under hibernate, the App also shouldn't be have any background restrictions all can be seen under above settings.
Check under Battery settings if the App is allowed in Auto start Manager, The battery is set to balanced
