Hi ,
Can you explain a little bit more or define scenario it happens ? .
Can you provide screen shots or screen recording to understand better ?
Also tell which system version you are using .
You can find at - Settings -> System -> System Update .
Or
Settings -> System -> About Phone -> Software Information -> Build Number .

@mhanydanial A screenshot showing your issue in action would help us pinpoint the nature of your problem. 🙂
Having said that, I'm going to take a wild guess and say that you might need to change the following setting:
Settings -> Accessibility -> Time to take action -> Default
This will make messages go away after a few seconds, instead of lingering on your screen for (up to) 2 minutes before disappearing.
