And I flash it to a global firmware... But now I can't getting any air updates....now I want an official firmware support..what should I do..If it costs money, I'm ready😄😄

Buy a global variant instead (yeah, it's gonna cost some money)

You will not be able to get OTA updates for your phone. There's a pinned message in this forum covering this.
You can manually update still, but it won't be possible to get OTA updates.
