amitgarde3I don't use 3rd party apps per se for video calls.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/107012#Comment_107012
Not every phone supports native dailer video calling support do asus decided not to put this feature to priority list as now a days many users just use 3rd party apps for video calls

sanjaykr.kunduThanks bro. On Google phone, video call option is grayed out but I was able to see "set up" option for video call. When I tap on that, it takes me to playstore to download google duo app. So not useful... 😔😟https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/107092#Comment_107092
I found a work around for native video calling. download googles "phone" and "contact" and set as default app.
If you don't get the video call option in the contact list or its disabled, then open that contact and u can see the video call option right beside the phone no.
I hope this works for you.
@ARP_ASUS It would be really nice if asus could enable this feature in their native dialer for better user experience.
Thank you.

please follow the below steps :
Install google's "Phone" and "Contact".
disable native "contact" and "dialer" app.
set google's "Phone" and "Contact" as default app.
open a contact from contact app and you can see the video calling option.
dial a number and video call option will come.
you can do voice call and convert it to video call.
Note : This only support video call for 1 person, if you want to do video conference call it wont help.
I'm attaching below some screenshot for reference.
