Unlock k&m mapping for normal docks

I just realized that there is no reason to lock the K&M mapping to the docks since the ASUS docks are now discontinued. Please update gamegine to allow it to map to any keyboiard and mouse.

As mentioned above, since ASUS doesnt sell the docks anymore, I fail to see any reason why ASUS should make it proprietary at this point. It would also give ASUS an edge over the competition.

On 3rd party docks?
We know that K&M mapping has been there but it required ASUS specific dock that they don't sell anymore. So people who wanted to use that feature were screwed since ASUS docks are scarce.
