I tried to unlock my phone with the unlock bootloader apps, none of the works. They all said failed. Is there a way to unlock bootloader?

They keep saying that the unlock tool will be back in q3 of this year but for some reason i'm starting to not believe them anymore... I bought a rog 7 just because of the software and that its bootloader is unlockable but yeah no
