Unable to unlock bootloader

I couldn't able to unlock my Asus Rog 3 mobile using official unlock tool, while checking the log trace it seems like the asus server is down.

I have used the below unlock tool,

obiwan-0902-1738_SIGNED_UnlockTool_9.3.0.0_200820_fulldpi.apk

Getting the error message saying 

[hllsynotebook]

Asus is not interested in rog phone 3 in any way, do not buy any Asus brand devices anymore, it does not give updates
