Twinview Dock not working on Genshin Impact, and some other problems

I recently buy Twinview dock seeing on armory crate that it is listed as twinview compatible
but to know that it is not, please fix this
also Is there a way to extend the display over both screens on the twin view dock ?
please implement implemented the dual-screen display in such a way that you can use the lower screen as either a keyboard or the extension of the primary display.

Extended game display is something that the game developers themselves have to set up. By default, the second screen allows you to (for example) keep track of a second app while playing a game, like Discord.
