TwinView Dock 3 keep restarting the ROG Phone 3 and send it to factory default screen

So i just bought TwinView Dock 3. But when i tried to pair and turn it on, my phone repeatedly restarting. I'm using WW-31.0210.0210.258 firmware, it updated automatically by system. Does anyone know how to solve this or experience the same problem like me?

Can you try to backup all of your data and do a factory reset of your device? Thank you!
