Can anybody explain how we get our 3 months Google stadia ?

I clicked on stadia and use my account but i dont get the 3 months

Three months Stadia Pro comes with devices sold in/from the regions where Stadia is available. I recommend you check with your reseller if your device fits that criteria.

There's a page where you insert your stadia serial number and you get a code for stadia 3 months free.
