Hi,
You can run SMMI test by following the below.
How to Enter SMMI_TEST (test hardware)
Go to Calculator=>type " .12345+= "
you will be entered to SMMI_TEST
Select Single test => Speaker
Make sure you are on latest software version which is .122 if not, you can check by
Go to setting => System => About => Software information.
Check under the same the quality if you still find issue,
