Maybe try waiting for more than a few hours for a response...
It's only available right now as OTA for Taiwan. You'd know that if you'd read the other threads about the update. It'll likely be a few days or so before ASUS rolls out the OTA worldwide (they are a Taiwanese company, so it makes sense that they take care of their home market first, eh?).

Oh i see now i know i just wonder the to my group page that manual update. A10 to A11..
