ROG screen going off at 60 hz refresh rate and blinking at 144 hz refresh rate. What is the issue?

My ROG 3's screen is going off at 60hz refresh rate and starts blinkinh from 90hz and slows the blinking upto 144hz. At 144hz it stops blinking for few seconds and then again starts to blink. What is the problem? Is anyone else facing same? Any suggestion or solutions would be appreciated.
