I have a Rog Phone 3 Strix. Starting today, my phone's receiver is not working, whenever someone calls me or i call, i can't hear anything but they hear me perfectly. I tried to listen WhatsApp voice notes and it's the same. I can only hear using the speaker. So far i have tried restarting the phone and going to safe mode, the problem is still there. I would like this solved through software update instead you make me restore to factory my phone. It will take lots of time and i won't be able to use my phone to play (main reason i stopped to buy Samsung, don't make me regret it and come back to them). My internet connection is not good lately so i will suffer by reinstalling everything i have. I have less than 4 months with this phone. I really hope for an easy solution.

If it's really a software issue than resetting would be the only solution but if heavy dust at microphone or water inside would be an hardware issue please recheck before next step

Didn't work, i restored to factory twice, after trying calling the problem is still there
