Guys, I need help. Would there be any way to force the update/downgrade after putting the file inside the cell phone? The cell phone is not recognizing the file and it is also not recognizing the USB when connecting to the computer. Wifi is not working either, I'm trying to downgrade but it doesn't recognize the file after restarting, no notification to install. =/
I'm on version WW-31.0210.0210.243 and I'm trying to downgrade to WW-31.0210.0210.236 but without success, could someone help me please!
I have the USB drives installed but even so, it doesn't recognize it, I've tried it on another computer and it didn't recognize it either.
