Rog phone 3 fingerprint enrollment didn't work error

Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
Model Name:Rog 3
Firmware Version:Latest
Rooted or not:not
Frequency of Occurrence:
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):
can't add any fingerprint security. I keep getting enrollment was not completed error.Did everything to solve this including safe mode and hard reset.

Sorry to hear about this.
Run SMMI test to see if its a hardware related issue,
How to Enter SMMI_TEST (test hardware)
Go to Calculator=>type " .12345+= "
you will be entered to SMMI_TEST
If hardware test fails,
Kindly visit the nearest service center:

Find service locations - India | Official Support | ASUS India
If it passes and even though you have tried all the steps I would request you to visit the service center. SMMI test will give you an idea whether its related to hardware or software.
