I have brought device August 12 ,2020 through flipkart first sale at 6auhust. I was very happy until i open netflix ,it has vert bad black crush issue even at full brightness ,in 50pecent brightness colour washed out heavy black crush issue is this hardware or software issue??anyway im just gonna refund ....but i asked some of YouTubers they have none issue ,but for fellow customers only have this😓. I decided to live with this but some of units have no issue why i wanna live with this issue for years so i try to get refund and but 12gb varient.
In YouTube crush issue is little low when compared to netflix and amazon prime ,rather than that this dev is beast 😍
I have noticed heat in aero active coller side(40°to43°) always while playing pupg at 90hz,balanced,extream . although I'm staying in AC room 22°c all time!

So why is it that when someone posts here, I get a message and look, and yet there is no comment from ASUS? Nobody saying, "no no, don't worry, we'll get through these teething issues, we're having QC issues but are rectifying the issue", no word on US release, nothing.
So, I'm starting to look for other phones. Unfortunatly, not a lot of options at this [purported] level here, at least, in terms of bleeding edge. May suck it up and go Lenovo Legion. MAY - and I repeat MAY - wait a little longer to see what ASUS ends up doing, but that is only because the envisioned product is awesome, and I want it, for me, because it would have been the best bang for the buck.
For that, they'd have to 1) have displays that aren't garbage. No black crush, no tint, no grain. 2) no lag 3) NO OVERHEATING 4) zero issues with charging 4) The best return policy ever, because I no longer trust ASUS.
and 5) even one shred, one iota, of actual thought towards us, in these forums.

No, they aren't. Still haven't heard anything regarding earlier posts, and absolutely no news on any front about US release.
It's like they would rather people change their minds, and just go buy something else.
At least say when in September, or changed plans to NOT selling in september.
Again, I get notified when someone posts here, and I come see. You're telling me ASUS doesn't? How about: they're really just not that into us.
