salmannaserSame in my case also, but I dont think there is a option to return on flipkart. you can only replace it. 😞My return period will end on 2nd September.. Still no guarantee about black crush whether it's a hardware issue or not. Don't want to risk my money. Kindly understand our situation. First time I bought a phone this much expensive and this happened 😔 Really loved the phone except this issue. But no other option except to return the device. Hopefully in future I'll get a good quality Asus phone.

CpzFlipkart isn't approving a replacement unless the screen shows dead pixels which is not the case for any of us. So your method doesn't seem to work. I had my request cancelled just yesterday.
