Rog 3 phone earpiece speaker issue

Model - Asus rog 3 phone

Firmware version 18.0410.2203.201 

Not rooted  

Im unable to hear voice on call. From upper earpiece speaker. I have to do loudspeaker everytime for listening calls. I changed earpiece speaker but still facing this problem. Plz help asap. @asus @Jasus@
