Rog 3 Microphone/ Speaker Issue

No voice while switching microfone to speaker for few seconds and vice versa during running call.

After updating to latest firmware I am facing problem in call quality and microphone cracking and low volume to other person on ohone during call. While it works fine for other side person on speaker mode on my mobile but not in earpiece mode.

New firmware suppose to better the call quality but did opposite.

@Gustav_ASUS plz bring update to make it ready.. other person can't even hear my sound properly, it is frustrating..

hello, I'm also experiencing the same problem, could it be temporarily solved by downgrading to a previous version?

Same here but it happend suddenly yesterday i got a work call and my ringtone is cracking... I checked it with youtube and everything its still cracking. Only the upper speaker aometimed it wont work and couldnt hear anything sometimes sound cracking help me please im so worried its only been 4 months since i bought this phone and im a rog fan..
