Rog 3 : black screen after upgrading Android 12

Sir i did upgrade Android 12 4 days ago and it was working good till now but today i was on call and as it is finished my mobile screen went black. I click on power button and touch screen i feel vibration mean mobile was on 9nly sreen was black ..but after some minute it appears and i restart mobile ..is this indication for big issue ? Or its normal issue ?

A new update is coming in few days, it should fix this. If the issue is too frequent, I would suggest you to downgrade in the meanwhile.

Please get it fixed, we can't force reboot our phones few times a day, it's frustrating.

I don't think its something they can actually fix because it's not a firmware bug, it's a bug that happens when you upgrade your phone. A clean install will fix it. I had it back in A11 and after clean installing the phone it was gone.

Ways to Fix Black Screen on Android Phone
Solution 1. Get Rid of the Android System Issue.
Solution 2. Check and Clean Your Android Phone.
Solution 3. Try to Recharge Your Phone.
Solution 4. Remove the Phone's Battery.
Solution 5. Force Restart Your Android Phone

What do you mean by "clean install"?
I have updated my phone and then used "factory reset".
