Why I'm unable to change refresh rate? Please help!

Hey kompellavedanth,
Try below steps:
Make sure your software version is on .99 which is the latest version. Try going into Settings=> System => About to verify
If you are using another App or any game the option might be greyed out.
Try restarting the phone
Let me know if its happening again even after trying the above steps

The mod said "make sure to be on latest version", yes but the bug was probably caused by this latest version.
I don't know what causes this, restarting or closing all apps is not fixing
Sometimes I can change refresh rate, but most of time this bug is blocking it.
Anyway in X-mode you can still change it
