You haven't shared what all things you have tried, so sharing the troubleshooting.
Try the below:
Check if the charger is working on another phone
Try a different charger
Check whether there is any light once you plug the charger, use a side port and confirm if that works
Try safe mode and Factory reset to see if this helps
Update software version to .99 if not already updated
