problem network sim card 1&2 after update 17.0823.2008.78

after 1 update 17.0823.2008.78 my phone always lost signal especialy simcard2 not detect the card
and i switch simcard 2 to simcard 1 and simcard that i put in simcard2 tray not geting signal
and there is notification telephony service that sim 2 not allowed
please fix this problem asap I have to work using both network

Iya, sudah juga ini mas. Tapi tetep yang sim 2 ga mau dapet 4g. Meanwhile kalo aku pindah (Tray nya) ke sim 1, ni kartu dapet juga 4g nya. Oke deh mas ntar gw coba lagi

Coba akses *#*#4636#*#* terus pilih phone 1. Preference nya pilih LTE only.

I am having the same issue, 2 days back i purchased Rog 3 global version 12gb/512gb version and using it in Saudi Arabia on STC network. Signal works with high speed on My old mobile but Rog 3 failed my expectations, sudden drop of signals every time, keeps connecting and disconnecting every 5 mins i have to keep toggling Airplane mode On/Off to refresh network signals, VoLTE not working on ROG3, everytime I call someone network switches from 5G/4G to H that results in bad call quality. Everytime when I have to go online I have to goto nearby WiFi to have a stable connection. Already Update to 17.0823.2008.78 but still the same problem. Already done Factory reset twice but still the same problem.

ini tak coba signal nya berhasil muncul bang, cuman ga bisa dapet 4g. Tapi kalo q balik sim nya ke tray 1 bisa dapet 4g nya. Ada yang ngalami juga kah?
